Free AI workshop

With makerOS, any business can build the software money can't buy. AI buddies help plan on a whiteboard and a kanban board, build, hand work to each other and check each other's output. You bring the AI subscriptions you already pay for (Claude Code, Codex, Vibe and more), or run any model token-based through OpenRouter. The app is free, runs entirely on your machine and keeps its own memory per project, plus one across projects.

Health intelligence workspace

Elyvite is the health intelligence workspace for health professionals: coaches, consultants and practitioners who want to give better advice than the rest. It checks top experts against current studies and web sources and shows at a glance where consensus exists and where it doesn't, with a source behind every claim. On top of that: daily curated news and briefings from more than 30 expert channels, readable in six languages.

Hygiene documentation via QR code

ScanClar takes care of legally required hygiene documentation for medical practices, care homes and clinics under Germany's IfSG, KRINKO and MPBetreibV rules. Staff scan the QR code in a room and tick off the right checklist in under a minute. Every entry lands in a tamper-proof SHA-256 chain, and the audit-ready report is one click away.

Prevention for brain health

ayuno turns peer-reviewed research into a personal prevention score for brain health, free and end-to-end encrypted. Every entry is encrypted with AES-256 in the browser, the score is computed on the device, and instead of a login and password there's a twelve-word key. Only the person the data belongs to can read it.

The central platform Deutsche Bahn staff use to monitor traffic across the German rail network. Full redesign as lead UX designer: from UX vision through hypothesis testing to the handover to engineering.

The Team

Two builders, one standard.

We're Christian and Frank. We met eight years ago at Porsche Digital, back then with a clear split: Christian design, Frank code. Since then we've shipped complex products for some of the biggest names in tech, mobility and finance. Today that line is blurring: as an AX designer, Christian builds complete software himself with AI, and Frank develops AI-native. What remains is the friction between user experience and system architecture, and that's exactly where a quality emerges neither of us reaches alone.

These days Christian builds complex software entirely himself, with AI instead of classic code. makerOS grew out of exactly that path, from designer to developer. His specialty is agent experience: designing software people can trust when it acts on their behalf.

Four decades of code, from his first lines of C64 BASIC in 1981 to building with AI today. Frank has shipped safety-critical control systems as well as streaming apps used by millions. Code is his native language, and he senses architectural tension before it becomes a problem. As a scrum master he keeps the way we work as solid as what we ship.
